1. Are you manufacturer or trade company?
We are manufacturer, established in 2006, we have our own fluent English-speaking foreign trade department.
2. What's the order process?
2.1 Inquiry--- We will prepare turnkey solution based on your requirements.
2.2 Quotation---Official quotation with detailed specifications.
2.3 Invoice--- We will prepare invoice after solution and quotation confirmed.
2.4 Payment terms--- T/T 50% in advance + T/T 50% before shipment; Irrevocable L/C at sight.
2.5 Production, and QC inspection during production

2.7 Pre-shipment Approval---We will send finished product photos and videos for your approval, video call is also supported.
2.8 Shipping--- Sea/air shipment and detailed package picture will be provided.
3. What is the MOQ?
Our standard product does not require MOQ, 1 unit sample is welcome.
4. Can you customize product?
Yes, we accept customized order, we can customize the size, color, configuration, as well as software.
5. What's your lead time?
Usually sample will be ready in 15 working days, mass order will be ready in 30 working days.
6. Which terms of payment do you accept?
T/T, Paypal or irrevocable L/C at sight.
7. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is one year since the shippment date. Any defective parts within warranty we would provide the repalcement free of charge. we would supply technical support all the time by email/video conference/troubleshooting document.
8. When will you reply to client when they need after sales support?
